Cloud Optimization

Pay for the cloud you use, not the cloud you forgot about.

Most cloud bills grow faster than the business behind them. Not because anyone made a bad decision, but because hundreds of small ones (an oversized instance here, a forgotten test environment there) were never revisited.

We find where your money and performance are going, fix what is wasteful, and leave you with infrastructure your own team understands and can run with confidence.

Signs it's time to bring us in.

  • Your cloud bill keeps rising and nobody can say exactly why.
  • Servers, volumes or snapshots exist that no one remembers creating.
  • Scaling means manually adding capacity before a busy period and hoping it holds.
  • A migration has been "planned" for a year but never started.
  • Only one or two people really understand how production is wired together.

What cloud optimization covers.

Cloud Migration & Strategy
We assess what you run today and plan a move that fits it: rehost, re-platform or rebuild, workload by workload, with rollback paths and no big-bang cutover.
Infrastructure Management
Infrastructure defined as code, monitored properly, with alerts that mean something. Changes are reviewed and repeatable instead of clicked together in a console.
Cost Optimization
We trace every line of the bill to an owner and a purpose, right-size compute and storage, remove idle resources, and put budgets in place so the savings stick.
Cloud-Native Development
Where it earns its keep, we move workloads to containers, managed services and serverless, so you stop maintaining things your provider can run for you.
Multi-Cloud Architecture
When you genuinely need more than one provider for resilience, data residency or contracts, we design it so the complexity stays manageable. When you don't, we'll tell you.

How an engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Audit

Read-only access to your accounts and billing. We map every resource, what it costs, and who depends on it.

  2. 02

    Plan

A prioritised list of changes with expected savings, risk and effort, agreed with your team before anything is touched.

  3. 03

    Implement

Changes rolled out in small, reversible steps, starting with the safest, highest-value wins.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Dashboards, budgets, alerts and documentation, so your team keeps costs in check after we step back.

What you get.

  • A full inventory of cloud resources, owners and monthly cost
  • A prioritised savings and risk report
  • Infrastructure as code for the environments we work on
  • Cost dashboards, budgets and anomaly alerts
  • Runbooks and a handover session with your team

Common questions.

Do you need full admin access to our accounts?

No. The audit starts with read-only access to your accounts and billing data. Write access is agreed change by change, once you have approved the plan.

Will any of this cause downtime?

The plan is built to avoid it. Anything that needs a maintenance window is called out up front and scheduled with you in advance.

How soon will we see savings?

Quick wins such as removing idle resources usually show up on the next bill. Structural changes take longer, and the plan tells you which is which before we start.

Tell us what you're building, or what's not working.

A short email about your idea or your systems is enough to start. We reply with questions, not a sales deck, and we'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.
